At Vinci Leather Shoes, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all protective dust bags and shoe horns are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Workshop

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the leather, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement pair within 5 business days.
